North Wales and Shropshire law firm GHP Legal has announced the appointment of a new solicitor to boost its Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team.

Daniel Stitt joined GHP Legal at the beginning of July, bringing 15 years’ experience in the field of personal injury and clinical negligence claims. During that time, he has worked on a wide range of cases including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, public liability accidents, noise induced hearing loss, military claims, mesothelioma claims, costs, general civil litigation and contested probate.

Born and raised in Cheshire, where he still lives today, Daniel will be based at the firm’s Wrexham head office.

On the news of his appointment, Daniel said:

My priority has always been to help clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives and secure the best possible outcome. During his career Daniel has worked on a number of high-profile inquests arising from the deaths of several ex-military personnel and also a minor who died in a tragic theme park accident.
