A winner at this year’s Inspirational Women in Law Awards and founder of a national network aimed to empower women in the legal profession, has joined the specialist legal recruitment consultants at TSR Legal.
Ella Watts, formerly a paralegal at NewLaw Solicitors and Swansea University graduate, joined the TSR Legal team this week as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and already has a number of attractive new opportunities to discuss with potential candidates.
Ella’s network of junior lawyers and paralegals spans across the UK thanks to her hugely successful Ladies of Law empowerment brand – for which she was named Paralegal of the Year 2022 at the Next100 years ‘Inspirational women in Law’ awards, hosted in London earlier this month.
