The role

This position invites a dedicated Employment Solicitor to manage a diverse range of non-contentious employment matters. The role demands a proactive approach, with the successful candidate taking ownership of their own cases from inception through to successful resolution. While the primary location is in the heart of Swansea, there will be ample opportunity to work in synergy with colleagues across various offices in Wales.

Candidate profile

The firm is seeking a UK qualified Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust knowledge of employment law, exceptional client care skills, and the ability to handle a comprehensive caseload with autonomy.
