The opportunity

TSR Legal have partnered with a well-respected legal firm in Swansea who are now seeking to appoint a Solicitor / Senior Associate into their Civil Litigation team with a focus on property litigation.

The candidate will have a proven track record of dealing with complex matters and have experience in High Court litigation. This position would suit someone who has a minimum of 5 + yrs PQE. The role will involve managing a full and varied caseload of general litigation matters with a focus on property disputes.

Experience in the following areas is essential:

• Landlord and Tenant
• Contentious Probate
• Contractual Disputes
• Civil Litigation
• Boundary Disputes

This role requires a highly organised and enthusiastic candidate who enjoys a busy yet diverse role in a friendly and professional environment. The role provides opportunity for career progression for the right candidate. You will join a friendly team and have extensive knowledge of civil matters within a legal environment and be able to manage your own caseload of files.

This is a busy role therefore individuals must be able to prioritise work, use initiative and work proactively, coupled with a good client manner and technical competence.
