The opportunity

TSR Legal are currently supporting a large multi office regional practice based in Cardiff who are seeking to appoint a Senior Associate with at least 6 years post qualification experience to expand the expanding Corporate team based in Cardiff. The firm already have a busy corporate and commercial division, ranked in both Chambers and Legal 500, with significant UK and International reach

You can expect to work with national retailers, high net worth individuals, local and national businesses. The work includes mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, equity and capital markets and accelerated M&A, restructuring and insolvency.

Experience

Applications are welcomed from corporate solicitors with at least 6 year post qualification experience who are able to work without direct supervision and are keen to progress their legal career to a senior level.  Our client can offer an extensive benefit package including flexible working arrangement, life cover and health cover, training and development throughout your career, above market rate salary and bonus scheme.
