The opportunity

TSR Legal have been instructed on a rare opportunity on behalf of a progressive company that continue to grow through successful acquisitions.

We are looking to speak to lawyers who come from a predominantly corporate background that are interested in gaining key development and forging a career in-house.

You will be responsible for a range of legal matters. The main focus of your role would be advising on company restructures, corporate governance, data protection, re-finance, mergers and acquisitions. Along with generalist commercial work that will include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, IP agreements and software agreements.
