Private Client Solicitor

Location: Cardiff

Salary: Up to £45k pa (DOE)

The role

Our client is a long-standing firm who are looking for a full time Wills, Trust & Probate Solicitor to assist with a new client won by the firm.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on all aspects of wills, probate and trust matters including deputyship matters.
• Preparing different types of wills including advising upon Inheritance tax planning.
• Dealing with the administration of estates.
• Dealing with the establishment and administration of trusts.
• Ensure matters are kept up to date in case management system.

About you

• The ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients over the phone and in writing.
• Minimum 1 plus years PQE – Those who have covered deputyship during their training contract are encouraged to apply
• You must be confident working in a team.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ensuring that all client work is progressed in a timely manner and that clients are regularly informed on progress and on costs
