SBA The Solicitors’ Charity is urging legal professionals to help it reach out to those at the start of their legal careers.

In April 2020, the SBA launched its COVID-19 Support Hub and £1 million Personal Hardship Fund for those affected by coronavirus. Since then, it has received a number of applications from a broad range of solicitors. One group in particular is Junior Lawyers.

In its recent webinar hosted by LawCare, the charity highlighted the help available for this group.

Junior lawyers: the SBA has got your back

Joined by representatives from LawCare, Solicitors Assistance Scheme and the Junior Lawyers Division, we discussed key challenges and signed posted where to receive assistance.

You can re-watch the webinar, aimed at Junior Lawyers, here.

Please share this link with your peers and colleagues to ensure as many receive the message of support as possible in Wales.

When launching the Personal Hardship Fund, the SBA’s CEO Nick Gallagher, highlighted the support the charity offers qualified solicitors and their families. You can rewatch the video of our event, here.
